By creating an account on HSE Solutions you accept these terms. We have kept them short and plain; if anything is unclear, ask support.
Accounts and roles
An account is either individual (one person) or a legal entity (a company or organisation). Whoever creates the account is its approver and can add or deactivate members and set their roles.
Each user is responsible for their password and for access to their registered email and mobile. If you think someone else has used your account, change your password and tell support.
After five failed attempts, sign-in is locked for fifteen minutes.
Data ownership and confidentiality
Data recorded in an account belongs to that account's owner. Only members of the account can see it, within the limits of their role.
We do not sell account data or share it with advertisers. The site administrator accesses data only for support, troubleshooting or by order of a legal authority, and that access is recorded in the audit log.
Employee health information, such as examination results, is visible only to the account's physician / occupational health role.
Backups
The whole system is backed up every night. On free plans, however, regularly exporting the account's data (Excel or PDF) is the account owner's responsibility, which is accepted at sign-up.
Acceptable use
Use the system only for safety, occupational health and environmental work. Illegal content, other people's personal data without permission, and fabricated reports are not allowed.
Share the public observation link only with your own employees and contractors. Incoming reports must be reviewed by an account expert before they count in statistics.
Attempts to access other accounts, bypass plan limits or overload the server lead to the account being blocked.
AI assistant and calculators
Answers from the AI assistant and results from the calculators support the expert; they do not replace professional judgement. Check results against the standard, the law and real site conditions before deciding.
Limits of liability
HSE Solutions is a tool for recording and follow-up. Legal responsibility for workers' safety and health and for protecting the environment stays with the employer and that organisation's managers.
We aim to keep the system available at all times, but it may be briefly unavailable for maintenance or updates.
Privacy
What we keep: name, email, mobile number, roles, the data you record, and for security, IP address and the time of sign-ins and changes.
The site uses only two necessary cookies: the sign-in cookie and the cross-site request forgery (CSRF) cookie. No advertising cookies or third-party trackers are used.
To delete your account and data, message support. The audit log is kept for as long as security and legal requirements need.
Changes to terms and plans
If these terms or plan features change, we will tell you at least fourteen days in advance in the system or by email.
