Let employees report without an account
Create a public link for the observation system and post it on your company website or staff groups. Near-misses, unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, anomalies and suggestions are recorded with the site and exact location; the reporter's name and contact are optional. Experts review and correct reports before they count in statistics.
